Papers & Industrial Abstracts should be submitted thru EDAS page:

• BEFORE proceeding, carefully read  Author Information page to meet the guidelines.
• Prepare a copy of your paper in PDF format using our templates, and meeting IEEE Xplore compliance.
• View the tracks in the Call for Papers.
• Go to the EDAS webspace below to start the process. Existing users may login. New users will be required to sign-up. You will be required to submit a complete address including phone, fax and email address for the corresponding author, as well as all co-author's full name(s) and academic/company affiliation. Have this information ready before you start the submission process.
• Submit industrial abstracts online into the 'Industry' track only, not in regular tracks.

Tutorial Proposals should be submitted thru EMAIL:

IEEE reserves the right to exclude any accepted paper from distribution after the conference (including, removal from IEEE Xplore) if the accepted paper is not presented at the conference.
