In order to publish your paper in the proceedings, we must receive your copyright form

Please upload the signed copyright form to EDAS. Authors of accepted papers can log-in to EDAS and submit the form via the (c) link in the "My Papers" tab, as shown below.
A link can also be found on each paper page.
Copyright only applies to accepted papers. The functionality is not visible for papers under review.
If there is problem uploading to EDAS, email a scanned copy of the signed form (stating the paper number in the subject) to:

- Fill in the TITLE of the paper.
- Fill in ALL author names.
- PLEASE MARK YOUR PAPER ID IN THE UPPER RIGHT CORNER OF
THE FORM.
- NOTE: Please input Title, Author & Paper ID info directly in Acrobat BEFORE printing the form.
- SIGN the form.
Remember, without the copyright form we can NOT include your paper in
the proceedings!
