The IEEE ENERGYCON2010 is sponsored by the IEEE Region 8 and Saudi Arabia Section and will feature several technical and industry tracks, workshops, tutorials and exhibition. The conference will feature top academic and industry speakers from around the world to share their technical expertise.
ENERGYCON is organized by the IEEE Saudi Arabia Section with technical support from the King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals and the IEEE Industry Application Society (IAS).
Energy is fundamental to the quality of our lives. We are totally dependent on an abundant and uninterrupted supply of energy for living and working. It is a key ingredient in all sectors of modern economies.
EnergyCon 2010 provides an international forum for the exchange of innovative technologies related to the Oil & Gas as well as alternative Energy industry. It is the premier IEEE forum for the exchange of experience in the practical application of electronics, power and instrumentation in the Oil and Gas and Petrochemical Industries including all Upstream and Downstream activities. Sessions on alternative energy industry such as Hydrogen, solar power, wind power, heat transfer and renewable ocean energy technologies will also be encouraged to be part of this international conference. |
